Epstein, accused of child abuse, claimed in the documents that Donald Trump had spent “hours” at his house with one of his victims and “knew about the girls.”
In the latest episode of “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” the host was shocked by a segment of a report in which a reporter says the emails “raise new questions about Trump’s ties to Epstein.”
“To me, it seems like they answer old questions,” he said.
“I’m not a detective, but if one of the questions was: ‘Did Trump know about the girls?’ and you find an email from Jeffrey Epstein saying ‘Trump knew about the girls,’ that sounds pretty damning,” suggested Seth Meyers.

He joked that the situation is like when agents enter a suspect’s house and find a box labeled “murder weapon inside,” and next to the box it says: “yes, that crime.”
“And then you ask the suspect where he was on the night of the murder,” Seth Meyers continued.
“And he replies…” the host then cut to a clip of Trump in an interview with Fox News, in which he says: “different places.”
“You’d say: ‘Chief, I think we got him,’” Meyers joked.
